Craving hard. Irritable and know drinking is not the answer. Anticipating many to come for thanksgiving. Won’t be embarrassed tomorrow will move on. Screw you AV. Get out of my life. Staying close to SR today.

I used to walk my dogs when I'd get cravings to drink. The dogs got a lot of walks and I stayed sober.

Distract yourself. Do something else. You can get thru this sober.
