A full 48 hours with no boos

i still feel a brain fog, but I’m starting to feel less terrible. I can’t wait to build up more time and get out of the fog and I to some clarity again.

Must keep eel my eye on the prize.

Yes definately, keep your eye on the prize. You're probably close to being over the hump. Wish you the best.

Eating healthy foods, drinking plenty of water, and getting the rest your body needs can help with that foggy feeling. Exercise is a good plus, too. Things will continue to improve over the days ahead if you stay the course. We are pulling for you.
