Day 14
Day 14 sober had a counciling appointment went ok. Got home opened what I thought was a tin of dandelion and burdock, brought glass to my mouth smelt like shandy took tiny sip about a drop discovered it was shandy with less than .05 alcohol. Through it and the other can down the sink straight away.
I do not regard this as a slip but it is so frustrating praying to stay away from alcohol and then ingesting it totally unintentionally by accident!

Two weeks was a milestone I thought I might never see. I was surprised to see it, although I did see it coming days before I got there. Still it was one of those achievements that seemed like a miracle. It's not a miracle, of course. You got there because you were serious, worked hard, and deserved it.
