Thanks Bexxed. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving. Sounds like you are cooking up a storm. I managed to get my cooking done. Great waking up again without a hangover. Day 3 here.

Hey Sweeti, that’s awesome! Encouragement here was really helpful for me, too. Yeah, I roasted mixed root vegetables with cranberries, spices, butter, and nuts, and then made a few pies. Where I went everyone came with stuff so no one person made the whole meal. I really enjoy making pies, it’s something my mother taught me when I was young. How are you doing today?

Also yeah it really is great waking up without a hangover. That’s something I’m really thankful for. For me, those feelings were game changers. It just feels... so good.

Hi Delilah. Day 4 is here. I made beef stroganoff. Enough for a few nights. With rice and veggies.

Hello Bexxed. That pie sounds so yummy and very nutritional. The onll pie I can make is chicken and mushroom. Day 3 afternoon wasn't great.. I felt like grabbing my car keys and racing to the bottle shop a few times. Then I realised I didn't want a drink just a break from emotions. Thanks for asking.

You’re doing it, Sweeti. Day 4. Good food and support is so important. I have leftovers and will be eating them for a few days. Chicken and mushroom pie sounds pretty good, actually. I have to work tonight late and will be back on here when I get home, after 2 am. How’s it going today for you?

How's it going sweeti? Help me out here, so many hours behind you, is today day 4 or 5 for you?

Your cooking sounds great, even better than you have meals for days. I cook like that too, always make extra so I can get several meals out of it. Would you mind posting your recipe? I've never made beef stroganoff but love to cook.

What are your plans for the coming days? I find my mood lifts considerably when I make some plans and follow them through. Even small things like getting to the post office or taking out the trash. A walk would be a great idea, some fresh air and light exercise. Maybe read some, clean up a bit, a bath or a shower. I also like to "change the air in my house" This is something the Italians say, I learned it here. I open all the windows and doors for a half an hour or so to change the air, out with the stale air that had been trapped inside and in with new, fresh air. It actually does make me feel better and cleaner.

Hi Mera. Today is day 5. I will pm you the recipe. I took your advice and went on a short walk. My doors and windows are always open because it is so hot here. I do need a plan for the coming days. It's payday in 2 days always a trigger. Thanks for your support.
