Riding Friday afternoon wave

nine days... second weekend without drinking. Last weekend I was still reeling from emotional hangover but this Friday, that beastly AV is speaking to me. Wish it would shut up.

Ive been here before and know it’s to be expected. Hoping a nap will help me ride it out. Ugh.

Yup. Feels like a tidal wave right now. And I had a snow day today.

Maybe you can make plans for the weekend that will help you to avoid alcohol and keep you busy?
