My 6th day

6 days agp i went to an addiction specialist. He gave me blood pressure medicine, librium and depakote for bipopat 2. I went home and got in bed on Tuesday evening and haven't left. I need help just walking to the bathroom my ex husband called me a drunk and a mess and I bit the bullet, called the pokice and told them I do not wamt him here anymore
i dont care if he if he is honelesss. From now o it is about ME. Care for ME. I have 6 days

Hang in there. Yes, put yourself first and make sure you get better. It can only go up from here.

Why are you still in your bed alone sedated? Shouldn't the detox be over?

Do take care of yourself. Does your doctor know that you are unable to get out of bed?

I understand about lying in bed for a few days. I also have a mental illness, and the medication takes time to get used to so take all the time you need.
I can't imagine going through detox and being put on psycotropic drugs at the same time .

That must be very hard. Just take it slow and do what you can.
Things will get better day by day.
It is about you and self care. Are there people you can call to help you while you nurse yourself back to a little normalcy?
You can always come here. We're all with you.

I see my doctor tomorrow

He will draw blood and hopefully put meon antabuse. My daughters are here and EMT ex in and out
