Ending the cycle
Hi everybody, 33 year old male here, ready to try again. I finally realize temporary solutions are not the way to go. It's not going to be easy but I really want it this time. I want to love life. Alcohol is perhaps my biggest issue but cannabis and porn as well. Some people may be able to use in moderation, but not me.

I understand about moderation. Seems I can't do anything in moderation.
Drinking was my thing. I tried to moderate for years with no success.
It took me a long time to figure out how to quit completely.
It took help.
