Day 12 after relapse
So I broke down and told my recovery group about my relapse today at church. I feel a million times better for doing so. People in recovery get it!
I am in a really good place today and grateful to get another chance at recovery

Doesn't it feel great to tell people who get it and not be judged?
I'm sorry about your relapse, but glad you got it off your chest.
And, by the grace of God, we are sometimes given a second chance.
