Tonight I had to literally kick myself in the behind to get to the gym.

And, as it often happens, had a blast of a workout.

Oh, brain, why are you trying so hard to fool us?

Vinny - Congrats on headache-free visa getting process.

Kev - Protect your sobriety by all means necessary, and if you foster it with great care and let mature and gain strength, later on it will protect you.

I am off to bed. My pre-sleep reading is still the Headless Horseman and I enjoy it immensely, now from a writer's point of view. Mayne Reid could write, I should say.

Good night, weekenders.

You too willow

Kev, no matter what the situation I believe you can stay an ex drinker

The AV lies always - if drinking was so good, we'd all still be doing it...

I have the feeling this one’s gonna be a tough one for me... Since my latest milestone I’ve felt a bit weird. Also seasonal depression adds to it plus a bit of anxiety. It’s strange realising and admitting it but after 2 years I suddenly find it hard to stay away from the booze.

Friday night I’m invited for dinner at my dad’s and he’s a heavy drinker. I don’t feel like cancelling but I have to stick close to this place. Having a new sponsor might also help.
Keep strong...
