Welcome. I am sober 14 years, 2 months. Without a doubt the best part of being sober (for me) is never, ever having to wake up with a feeling of dread. Feeling like crap. And thinking "what did I do". Think. What did I say. OMG I hated that feeling. I feel better physically and mentally. But even with 14+ years under my belt I still take it 1 day at a time. Good luck You can do this. Keep reading. Keep coming back.

SR helped me too in my struggle to get and stay sober.
