drank and back to 0
i messed up drank two drinks whiskey me and my husband are having a hard time because of this and my mental health i keep pushing him away the voices wants me to stab my husband am scared been to the mental health team they suggested a crisis centre but there too busy to have me but am waiting for a phone call back unsure what will happens
back to 0 need meetings but i cant do that if am in the crisis house

I hope you continue to call the crisis centre and that they respond to you. If not, please go to a Hospital ER. It sounds like you need help at this moment, and that is more important right now, than going to a meeting. Does your husband know what the voices are telling you to do?

Hi. I am not a doctor, but you posted a thread in non medical forum. I suggest you enter a crisis center voluntarily and maximize the use of any and all resources at your disposal as soon as possible.
The demons you are fighting need to be neutralized, first. I am really sorry you are dealing with this, for real. The default for relief is alcohol, I understand...but the first step to no harm done is through some professional help. I can only urge this based on your thread...and I am sorry you are suffering...it's often lonely and that's just not effin fair.
