Damn Oreo cookies

A whole pack last night , been craving sweets lately , killing me physically. Got to get back to my better diet.
It will be a year on Sunday maybe that has something to do with it , just want to get through that. Could be worse.

My cravings sure do increase right around a milestone time, I think for me it is psychological
You are correct, it could be way worse!

"could be worse". Most definitely, if eating too many cookies was the worst part of your day, it was a good day.

I hear you.

Sugar. The Gateway drug.

Oreos > Drinking

A year is pretty epic. Pre-congrats. :)

Same here! It's a better life with this sweet tooth but Man is it a SWEET tooth.

Oreos are the crack of food. My parents both have dementia and they eat them like they are going out of style. My father, an addict, goes absolutely nuts if he's running low or his supply is threatened. When I'm there with them I can't touch them. If I have 1 I'm 6 in before I know it....and sick the next day. Hmmmmm....sound familiar.

I do eat sweets....just not oreos. Dangerous ground for me.

Congrats on almost 1 year.
