On an international flight for 16 hours and almost gave in. I wish I could have posted. My husband drinks and drank the whole flight. "Just have 1" the AV says. Ya right. What a lie.

Have not felt a craving like that for years. Played the tape forward and made it!

I still feel like that sometimes.

But, that is where the clean days that I put a comma on remind me...no more commas.

I don't want booze in my body. Pure poison. I don't fall for the hype anymore.

I am fighting a lingering cold. Off and on.

If I was a drunk still...what a nightmare...right?

Great job! I imagine that would be tricky on a long flight like that. Those flights are boring, I cannot sleep on an airplane at all. I've done 18+ hour flights wishing I could sleep instead getting completely obliterated (i've not been on a long flight since sobering up).
