God, please help me deal with these cravings and struggles. I do not want to relapse- I have been good for almost 5 months and I don't want to throw that away. Please help me find strength to get through feelings of restlessness, boredom, anxiety.

One of the things that gets me through is believing God can move mountains - but He also hands me a shovel.

It is great that you posted here when you recognize this urge. 5 months is a long time. You are strong enough to get through these cravings. Ride it out and know they will pass, and they will get weaker the next time. Can you reflect on your experiences and motivation that led you to quit? Can you do some things to distract yourself and get out of your head? I have discovered that going for a walk or run or laying down to listen to a recovery focused mediation on my meditation app is very helpful in breaking the cycle that used to lead to drinking. Stay strong!
