I'm new to the group here online. I will have 5 years in November...going through a break-up in recovery and its painful and lonely and I miss feeling peace and happiness on the regular. I have a good support system, the friends I've made in this program are amazing! I guess I joined here online because I'm looking for another outlet or another tool to get through this in the best way possible doing the least damage to the ones I love.

I am sorry for what brings you here. Breakups sure do test our strength in our sobriety, huh?

I am sure you have done all this but,
journaling, working out, reading, meditating (however you see it), gratitude list, etc..
