Glad you’re feeling better and were able to do a meeting.

Hey, Sweeti and all who are struggling: it gets better and you need never go through this again. Keep well-hydrated--i used Gatorade-type sports drinks and also a B-vitamin complex seemed to help me during withdrawals. Power through and keep your focus on your sobriety. Hang around here and post. SR was and is vital to me in sobriety. Wishing you the best--this can be done and your life can be so much better by any standard.

Yep..the multiple day 1(s) in my recovery are why I choose not to do that anymore. I just quit smoking a few days ago and that first day was HORRIBLE! I don't want to go through that again. I think I'm on day 3 or 4 now? I don't count days.. Remember and use this misery to your advantage. Basically; just stop repeating the same crap. It really is that simple once you accept/own it.

Those first few days are tough, but each day will get a little easier.
