Long time lurker..I think this is my second post? Bit of an embarrassing one!
Hi guys,
Have basically been fine except for the insomnia (only 2 hours of sleep a night and the fuzzy headedness)
errmmmm so a bit embarrassing but when getting sober did anyone have a lot of bathroom issues? Funnily enough I was mostly fine while drinking but seem to have had a very very rough go off it the last four days. I've also been drinking about 4 litres of water and 1 litre of other things -- gingerly, tea etc.
I'm not sure if it's because when I would go on alcohol binges I would basically not eat....but I just want it to stop!
Any tips?
Hopefully get a bit more sleep tonight.

Yup. I was fortunate enough to not have much in the detox or withdrawal symptom arena but my GI is always messed up pre and prior to to sobering up. It's super normal, especially for this early in sobriety. It'll get better soon. When you feel up to it, exercising will help.
