Day three
Hang in there. It does get better. Just keep remembering how you felt the morning after the night before. Distract yourself when the AV comes a calling. Deciding not to drink can be a moment to moment decision. Keep checking in.
Hey, kiki--congratulations on day 3; you've gotten through the worst part physically so just keep staying strong, hit more meetings and keep posting here; SR has been a vital part of my getting and staying sober. Best wishes!
