Day 9
 

Well I’m starting day 9 sober and feeling a lot better overall. So crazy how I got used to feeling bad, especially in the mornings. Now the morning is a nice time for me. Having vivid dreams too (not scary or bizarre, just bright and memorable)...guess my drinking was interfering with sleep and maybe now my brain is playing catch up. Also enjoying an overall quieter mind when awake.

That's great to hear. The morning used to be my productive time, believe it or not. I would like for it to be the case again soon. Only slightly behind you. Keep it up!

I agree that it is so refreshing to wake up these days! It’s amazing how we convinced ourselves that hungover and sick was an acceptable way to start the day, eh? Enjoy your mornings!!
