Two Months
 

Well, I just crossed over the two month mark, and I feel so much better than I did when I was drinking. Sleeping has gotten steadily better, and energy overall is pretty darn good. I’m still trying to gain back my parters trust and move us back in the right direction, but it’s going to take time.

And yes, some changes take a lot of time and patience. But realising and accepting that, like you do, makes it a lot easier I find.
