Over six months.
 

Made it.. But fell off. Heading to rehab this time to get it back. I took a month off work in March to get straight and they helped me with bills and what not. This time not so much.

I can't believe I fell off. Going to try and list my house I think. What do my cat and I need all that room for. At least I didn't do any coke or anything. Be back to day 1.

I hope this can be your turning point Justin.

For me it so far has been about education and intent.

I know I am going to crave for life. I believe even folks 30 years clean crave periodically. Folk regret relapse after decades.

Once an addict, addict for life.

I woke up this morning feeling run down. I got too much sun over the weekend and didn't eat all that well.

As I rolled out of bed feeling...hungover...I thought...glad I don't drink anymore. I have all of my physical and mental ability to get through this.

I made it through work, a weak work out. Came home and took a 2 hours rest...sleeping off and on.

I had to suffer to get this far. I had to suffer yesterday watching people casually downing 32 oz. beers during the party I was at. I didn't really envy them.

I know they might have a little buzz, or a big buzz...but they are going to pay for that...sooner and later.

It is not worth it. Booze causes so many issues and all we get is drunk.

It is pure addiction why I kept drinking. Know I have knowledge, I choose to never pour that poison down my throat.
