Day 3
 

Wow. Horrible day.

11 hours as Assistant Manager in a new restaurant. Horrendously busy for hours. Had GM and head chef picking faults. Was a real struggle. Decided at one point that i would be drinking tonight.

However. I gave all the staff a free pint and i had a j2o (a juice basically).

Tomorrow day 4. Should be quieter at work and then Monday day off. So shouldnt be as bad at work.

Anyway i didnt drink. Close call though

I'm trying to relearn the whole bad day does not need to lead to a drink thing.
They say practice makes perfect, so I'm trying to help myself with a "Great, another bad day - more practice for me" attitude :)
