Not terrible although some anxiety is creeping in as usual. I wasn't drinking as much this time and tapered a bit so I think that helped. I know it'll be a rollercoaster for a while and two things I remembered doing last time to help was sleeping a lot (or just laying around if not asleep) and hitting the gym (mostly cardio).
Doing things is good but I think a successful recovery plan needs a little more, Plure?
