I saw a bobcat for the first time on GMA or something.....you should have heard me....it was months ago.....I kept asking Nick what on earth is that? A giant cat? Holy crap....so wow. They are magnificent. But yeah, I'd be a touch trepidatious as well today bim....maybe take a little siren thing with you....I don't like scaring wildlife, but I don't want to take any chances after what happened to badge's friend's mum.

Morning weekenders.
We are on the downhill slope to the weekend now.
When I was younger thursday evening systematically meant the beginning of the boozing drugging weekend.
As alcoholism took over it was any evening any morning.
It feels good having confidence in sobriety.
No longer a slave to addiction.
Time to get my daughter to the breakfast table...

Morning everyone
Best get out of bed now so I can get ready for work. I'm trying my best to just absorb myself in work and not let the negativity get to me.... a skill I need to work on ! Still muttering it's just how it is and cest la vie etc to myself 😂

I personally find it very difficult to beat negativity and playing the victim. In the end I manage to overcome it. My wife is a great help. She is a natural happy smiley person. She above all does not hesitate to tell me that I'm playing the victim.

Having my second cup of coffee and need to get my head together for the Skype session with my shrink.
Suze - So sorry, I got caught up into turmoil of life throwing life at me and forgot to get back to you.
How long is your sister going to stay in Moscow?
Good news at my dentist that my long-suffering tooth is finally fixed.
Bad news - he noticed that my two another teeth have their edges chipped off.
He was like "What the hell?"/
Then he asked me if I by chance have bruxism. I said "Hell, yeah. Sometimes I wake myself up because jaw muscles cramps make my teeth clatter damn hard and loud.
Over the time it causes wear and tear on teeth and fillings.
So, now I am going to wear the special mouthguard while sleeping. And it's damn expensive.
