5th step

Man. Just did my 5th step and it was rough. It was irritating that I couldn't blame the people in my life for things they did wrong . It was emotional to learn about my character defects and what that means for me. I think the 5th step is a lot harder than the 4th step

That's the blue ribbon, gold trophy right there friend! I've yet to reach that point. That is an amazing achievement, I'm sure tough as hell, but you did it. Major kudos and congratulations to you!

What did you make of page 75 promises and were you satisfied with your review?

Yes, I remember feeling that way. And then, very shortly after I realised the most wonderful thing. In all those problems that made me feel bad for all that time I had a part to play in it. SO, if I can change how I do stuff by working on the character defects / flaws that I'd learned about through this process, then I'm not doomed to keep repeating it.

Suddenly i had got a great big dollop of HOPE, and along with that, a great big dollop of WILLINGNESS. Woo hoo!

(It was kinda painful getting to that bit though lol).
