Day 1

Hello, I am excited to join this group. It’s day 1 of sober living for me.. I’m itching uncontrollably 😔 I did take some benydryl so hopefully I will be sleep soon.

Blessed1980 I itched a lot on day 2. If you're on day 1, I can tell you, for me, you'll turn the corner about day 5. I had a lot of other symptoms but my itching only lasted a day or 2.
