Hello,
I have seen my story in yours as I've browsed with purpose. I am appreciative of your openness and kindness to each other.
Story is my alcoholic suffers from PTSD- not a surprise. He is however 20 months sober, after it nearly killed him. there is a lot of blessing in that. I am grateful.
However, his coping skills are not the best. He over reacts-like Jim Carey's Grinch "is that over the top? I can never tell."
there are few Al-anon meetings near me and since I work full time I don't venture out too much. I do go to AA with him and have made a lot of progress just doing that. I understand a lot more, but I know it's still early.
Just an intro. Thanks for letting me share.

33 years. stubborn, I reckon. It took him 28 to tell me what happened to him. People are slow flowers with lots of thorns.
