Who are you going to visit in Poland? Is it possible to stay there for a longer period of time to be around family as you get through early sobriety?

I’m staying with my dad for two weeks and then I’m going to Germany to visit my mum and my brother. I can’t stay longer than I planned because I start a new job in October. It’s ok tho. Plenty of time to try to relax and focus on what to do next...

I don't know your story, but it sounds like you would benefit from seeking inpatient or outpatient treatment. Hitting the reset button, getting away from the toxicity of your relationship and the ability to reach for the bottle.

In the meantime, know so many countless others have been where you've been, don't beat yourself up and stay strong.

Thank you Trach. I went there yesterday to get stitched up. I wish I was honest with them.
