I drink a lot of sodas and average about a pack of smokes a day. I never had this issues till my body had enough of too much of the drugs. And I figured that after I quit using my body would heal or stop those things after awhile and it’s a year later still dealing with them. I guess I can cut out the sodas a bit then cigarettes. I never was much of a drinker but the drugs did take a toll on me I feel. I feel I caused some damage they just aren’t seeing yet.
