OMG What a day
Today has been very difficult and the hangover has been severe.
It will take a few days for me to recover from this one.
I pray for all of you in a similar situation.
Anyone craving alcohol please don't give in save yourself from what I have suffered.

Sorry to hear you are hurting. Time will heal you but, keep drinking water, get some good food into your system if you can, and rest.
Time to start a new plan of action. Take care.

I can relate...I drank a lot in response to yet another situation at work last week, and it continued for too many days in that vicious ‘hair of the dog’ cycle. I literally regretted it AS I was doing it, but just didn’t care. I forgot how much I missed feeling normal and refreshed. You’ll get through it!!
Do you want to get out of the vicious cycle? Stop drinking for good, and you'll never have to feel this badly again. It's not easy, but it's simple. Don't drink no matter what!
If I can do it, anyone can. I was a chronic relapser and now I'm coming up on 9 yrs.
