It's been a month today, and I'm pretty excited to see progress in my life. I'm happier, calmer, sleeping better, getting so much done... Coworkers have commented on my energy and good mood and beautiful skin (it's losing its sad, angry flush) and I hot accepted into a master's degree program starting next week!
I think I had to sacrifice the thing that held me back before I was ready to march forward.
Not to say that struggles never/won't happen, but it does get easier. And the cravings have become more... Little twinges of memories of having drinks, and they're easy defeated by memories of being a loud, obnoxious, lazy, sobby, vomity, embarrassing drunken disaster. Ugh ugh ugh.
Thanks for the support you've shown to me and others who want to live their best lives.

Yay! My aMayzing classmate!
We got this!
That feeling of accomplishment is a wonderful wonderful feeling isn’t it?
Would love to see you in our May 2018 class as well since that seems to be petering out

Free2b, I felt embarrassed going back to May 2018 because I had two good weeks in May and then completely epic failed and didn't get it back until the end of July. 😬
