Can you get away for your own mini vacay? A few days at a good friends or relatives place? Maybe someone could use you help and/or company?
I probably don't have to tell you that drinking makes us selfish and it's a scary thing to give it up.

Hello Petals , welcome home Dragon!
Petals I have a necklace with various stones and talismans that I keep close when I am in a stressful situation. It is fairly heavy so that when I wear it I am always aware of it and what it means to me. One of the stones is large enough that I use it as a worry stone, when things really go south.

Dee, I hope your back improves, they are very debilitating when they're crook. Being unable to sleep was the worst. As usual I used it as a reason to drink at the time.
