A new week commencing early
My daughter has a sore throat so she called at about 03:00 in the morning. She is in my bed now...
Hopefully everybody made it through the weekend sober and if you didn't don't make it worse.

That is a great video, Dee.
Once when I worked in a Fotomat booth a customer’s pictures didn’t come in at the time they were scheduled to.
The guy became enraged and really ripped me a new one. He was pretty mean.
I thought, “What a psycho!”
Then a few days later I saw an obituary with his very distinctive last name.
Apparently his wife died of cancer within a couple days of his incident with me.
He probably was really counting on getting that film ASAP to show his wife before she died.
I felt so sorry for hating him and judging him.

Frightened Rabbit - I Wish I Was Sober
Hi there,
I wasn't sure where to post this song so I thought I'd put it here.
Scott Hutchison, the singer of this band had a history of alcoholism and mental health problems and sadly took his own life earlier this year. It was his death and the band’s lyrics and music that helped me to realise that I really had to change once and for all.
I'm posting because watching this video now it brings to mind SR and the support that's to be found here:

Very very proud of you Ms Purps....you claimed the weekend and made it yours....and now you have what one? two? sober weekends behind you.....so you KNOW you can do this now....and gosh, isn't it nice to be hangover-free on a Monday?
