Code Red Hello everyone, Hope you are are doing well I am compounding a playbook for cravings, emotional time bombs and shenpa experiences (getting hooked/OCD). So far my plan consists of Acknowledge and feel the emotions Take 3 deep breaths Being thankful for the feelings (it's never boring) Accepting them as they are Finally letting them go. Trusting God, universe,insert (......), to let things be as they are. Does anyone have any other tips that help you? What is your process?
