What has helped me
 

I want to let others know what has helped me. This is the longest I have ever been sober. In reality I am only beginning to feel better now lately. I always craved badly until I started watching intervention on YouTube. I cannot express how much that and this site has helped me. I'm so glad I finally found something to keep me sane. It completely takes my mind of my cravings. I hope everyone in time will find what works for them.

That is great you found something that works for you Lola. I don't have much time to watch programs on tv or the computer, but I'll keep it in mind for when I do find some time.
