One Week Wahoo
 

Went out with friends to dinner last night. Everyone was drinking and I didn't even want to. I took some flavor stick for the water and drank water all night. They asked me why I wasn't drinking and I just explained that had some nasty effects on my body, especially my heart and I didn't want to damage my health. They questioned me a couple of times and wanted me to explain further, but it was all good.

One week, I have never been so proud of one week sober. Took a 24 mile bike ride today with my wife and we stopped and grabbed a soda and a corn dog LOL and kept on riding. Off to another week...

Congrats on the first of many sober weeks! :) Keep going, it gets better. :)
