Day 6 a little shaky
 

well I am at day 6. Day 5 was incredible, today I am a little more anxious, actually quite a bit. I took my daughter flying this morning and we are going out to eat with friends tonight. Still strong, don't want anything to do with alcohol. I mean it is a temptation but I remember all too well, what I went through the first few days. I do not want to repeat that.

Say a prayer and keep me in you thoughts. One more day... Whew

Just remember your friends who might drink at dinner aren’t feeling anything fantastic and are just putting pounds on themselves. Not worth it. You won’t be missing anything. Enjoy the food. It seems to taste better when we are sober. And great job on 6 days! Quality time with our kids is such a blessing too. I know I’ll have a lot more of that now.
