Had a fun day in center city Philadelphia today. On the train ride home and my AV is acting up a bit. Trying not to engage it and want to stick to my plan of posting when it rears its ugly head

Kevlar- sometimes it is just going through the motions. I know after years of boozing, the feelings dept. still run on auto. Doing what needs doing- laundry, shower, dishes, bed....it takes time and effort.

Dee, I am so grateful for your friendship, support, advice and wisdom....I didn't listen though. Not sure I want to say I wish I would have, because even with all of this, I love Nick so much...I don't regret that.
