Well day 15 here and I dragged my tired Ass out of a nice comfortable bed, during rainy cool weather (ideal sleeping conditions), at 5:30 am this morning to hit the gym! For me, personally, this may as well have been the first day of Navy Seal training - cold, wet and tired!

Had a Leg workout + cardio session that I would have deemed pathetic 3 years ago BUT it was a start; and, in a small way, a victory!

Yesterday I made all my day-time meals for the week and froze them in freezer bags. Perfectly balanced macro nutrients for fat loss and energy!

I am officially ready to take this F-show to a new level!
