Well, it was postponed a couple of times, which was a hassle, but when I finally went before the judge, I let my attorney do the talking. I had a very good attorney who managed to convince the judge not to make me install a breathalyzer in my car, which is pretty much standard these days.
Of course, it was still a harrowing experience for me because I had never before been in trouble with the law. It only lasted about 10 minutes, but it seemed like it lasted hours.
