I'm trying to understand the logic here.
What's scary about a life without booze?

Maybe you are searching for the golden kingdom like I was: "Drinking without getting drunk. You're not in heaven yet. This is reality. Everything here has consequences. Maybe you would settle for drinking like a normie. But you're not a normie. You can't change that.

There are solutions here, but the ones you might prefer are mutually exclusive and logically impossible. You might have to make some adjustments in your goals.

I'd also give some thought as to what's so scary about sobriety. Millions of people all over the planet, seem to be totally OK with it. Some even give thanks for it. What do you think will really happen to you if you're sober? It's not like you'll be swallowed by a giant snake.
