Hello my name is Emma, I’m currently 9 days soba. All my withdrawals have subsided starting to feel normal again except for the weird dreams still. I still have a bit of the shakes still too? I thought these would of gone by now?

I'm only on day 2 (again) so still feel horrible but I know it's not permanent.. keep writing on here and you'll get loads of support

Hi Emma

I'd expect the dreams to fade the longer you stay sober but if you're concerned about the shakes, maybe see a Dr just to put your mind at rest?
