Week 2 begins
 

I have worked hard to get through a whole week sober. I managed to attend events with alcohol involved and be able to resist all urges. Maybe its been a bit easier knowing what to expect from previous periods of abstinence. I also know giving in once will be a big step back.
Now its time to begin healing.
Time to conjure some more inner strength

Keep going, it gets better. :)

Nice work, Final. The first week is rough, to say the least.

So true Finalcall. We build up skills and experience of being AF the more we do it and the pain of each relapse increases the resolve to do it once and for all. Well done your first week.
