Thanks to everyone for caring and your condolences. Payday tomorrow is my next big hurdle. I am seeing a dietitian ATM so have to write down when I drink and how much. That is enough to put me off. Practicing being honest with myself is another big one.

Can you pay all of your bills and go out and buy healthy food to last you until your next payday? Maybe having a plan now will be helpful.

That's a good idea Delilah. I have got heaps of bills. That would get rid of any spare money. Trying to work out a shopping list as we speak. Thinking payday through. My last binge cost $160. If I can stop myself on payday the binge will never start.
