Hi all,
I have been dipping in and out of this site since September 2016. That first time I managed to stay Sober for 6 months.
I have been failing in my attempts ever since. I realise my approach/strategy is failing. How do I beat this?
PS. I'm a daily drinker but tend to binge heavily 3 or 4 nights per week. I have Cirrhosis of the Liver, although it is not too advanced at the moment.

Get into AA and work the steps and get a spiritual awakening. It’s a proven method that works. You won’t even think about drinking alcohol then providing you live your life practicing the steps to the best of your ability. It’s not that complicated really but honesty, open-mindedness, and willingness is all that’s required. Along with the total and utter acceptance of ones alcoholism and honest desire to recover.
Other programs are obviously available but this is free, easy to access and works . Won’t cost a penny.
