Day 7
 

Hi,

Day 7 and just joined after reading so many great posts and answered questions online. So far I’m doing ok but I am so fatigued. Went to bed at 3pm yesterday and woke up at 8. Today I am exhausted again.

Anyway, just saying Hi!

Good work on getting to Day 7! I suspect you will begin to have more energy soon, but sometimes it takes awhile.

Hi Steph! I was exhausted too in the early days of recovery. We've beaten ourselves up rather badly.

7 days is something to be so proud of - those first few are rough. I'm glad you joined us - it helps to have understanding from people who've been there. Welcome!
