18 days

Ok so I hope I’m not been premature here because last time I posted on here I drank again the next day..... but nah I know I won’t this time... IFEEL GREAT!!!

I’ve read Annie grace, the naked mind, Allan Carr’s , stop drinking easily and now Jason bales book and I have no desire to drink at all. Also doing dry July to hold myself more accountable. My enotions are definitely more stable but still don’t sleep well but I think that’s more to do with shift work. I only drank 2-3 nights a week but always overdo it and feeling like **** after. Also had been experiencing liver pain and extreme brain fog ( that’s improving). It’s been years of binge drinking though!
Only thing now, I can’t stop eating! I’ll work on that next
