You have a package in your hands

You're coming to us and telling us it's filled with dog poop.

You're holding this unopened package. It's covered with brown paper and twine. You reason, "this is a brown package, so inside, there is something brown and gross. It's dog poop."

Meanwhile many of us here got the same package.

We spent months to open it. Our packages were dirty and kicked around. Torn at the seams. Brown.

We found all things of value inside. It took awhile because the packages were wrapped in so many layers and some of them had barbs on them that got caught in our skin and we cried and bled a lot. We came here to talk about it and it lessened the pain a bit to talk but it still hurt a lot, because our hands were injured.

What was inside was so worth it and our hands healed. Took awhile but they healed.

We told you about that. But you are afraid because you know it will hurt you before it heals.

We tell you again, open your package.

See what's inside. Trust us when we tell you, you honestly have no clue what's in there. Be curious enough to find out.

Thanks for sharing Stayingsassy :)

I definitely had to make a leap of faith - but everyone here told me it would be ok to quit drinking..so I made the leap and never looked back really :)
