Day 3

Well day three here, feeling strong and positive. Just took a long walk in the heat and worked up a good sweat followed by an ice cold shower. Keeping busy on my day off which in the beginning is the most dangerous for me.

Congrats on day 3 SWB. Keeping busy is definitely a good thing early on, I used to actually schedule my days out to make sure i had no "idle" time.
