Vivid dreams
Vivid dreams
Hi everyone
I feel like l spent the whole night in one huge very vivid dream, it wasn't hard to figure out what it meant - someone took me on a roller coaster and l'm terrified of them. I actually felt like l was on it, my heart was racing when l woke up. At least it wasn't a sad one they are awful
Hopefully it means my brain is recovering. I read somewhere that the best thing about sobriety is you get your feelings back and the worst thing about sobriety is you get your feelings back. Its going to be quite a ride.
I hope everyone is happy and well and if not, tomorrow is a new day.

I've been experiencing very vivid dreams recently and I love it. I think it's definitely indicative that the brain is waking up. I've learned a lot in my 75 days of sobriety about how powerful and wonderful the mind is. And it keeps getting better everyday.
